Property Owner – Defended a client in a matter involving allegations of fraud in the sale of commercial real property. Won a defense verdict after a six-week jury trial.
Real Estate Developer – Defended client in multiple complex actions relating to allegations of a fraudulent conveyance scheme against multiple parties.
Finance Related Entities and Banks – Represented various finance companies and banks in matters involving nonperforming loans, nonjudicial foreclosures, judicial foreclosures, forbearance agreements, allegations of fraud, receiverships, writs of attachment, etc. Obtained largely favorable outcomes.
Manager of LLC/Trustee – Defended managing member and trustees of family trust in multiple partnership/LLC/trust disputes between family members regarding management of LLC owning multiple apartment buildings and commercial properties against allegations of mismanagement, breach of fiduciary duties, embezzlement, etc. Various cases, all settled.
